One method. The depth your decision requires.

Every PRUDENsim engagement applies the same Decision Intelligence Method™ — structured context, specialised perspectives, disciplined deliberation and follow-through — configured to the decision in front of you.

The Challenge

The symptom is rarely the problem

Organisations often believe their problem is poor sales, weak execution, slow decisions or lack of alignment. These are usually symptoms. Underneath, the organisation lacks a reliable process for transforming information into better decisions, decisions into action, and action into learning.

PRUDENsim treats the visible symptom as an entry point, not the final diagnosis. The method reconstructs context, identifies the decision that underlies the symptom, tests alternative explanations through specialised perspectives, and converts the findings into recommendations and actions that address the real source of value leakage or opportunity.

“Every organisation accumulates information. Very few accumulate decision capability.”

— PRUDENsim Operating Philosophy

01 / Entry Engagement

Strategic Decision Sprint

A short, focused engagement around one critical decision. The Sprint gives you the full discipline of the method — focused discovery, structured context, selected specialised perspectives, deliberation, an executive recommendation and an action plan — without a long-term commitment.

Typical situations

  • An urgent strategic decision that cannot wait for a full advisory cycle
  • A supplier, investment or market-entry evaluation with real money at stake
  • A crisis issue that needs structure before it needs answers
  • Preparation for a critical board or shareholder meeting
  • A sensitive executive question that should not circulate internally yet

What's included

Focused discovery
A confidential diagnostic to understand the decision behind the symptom — what is really at stake, for whom, and what success looks like.
Structured context
A lightweight Relational Cognitive Model built from the information that actually matters for this decision.
Selected perspectives
A council of specialised perspectives designed around your specific decision — finance, legal, risk, strategy, industry or others as required.
Structured deliberation
Independent analysis followed by disciplined debate: assumptions challenged, risks surfaced, alternatives evaluated.
Executive recommendation & action plan
A clear, prioritised, traceable recommendation — with owners, deadlines and next steps, not just analysis.

06
Recommend, act and capture learning
Executive recommendations, minutes, action plans — and the decision captured as reusable learning.
02 / Flagship Deliberation Engine

BoardSIM™ — Structured Deliberation

Our flagship configuration for board-level and executive-level decisions. BoardSIM™ convenes specialised perspectives — emulating independent C-level and subject-matter judgment — to first analyse your decision individually, then deliberate: challenging assumptions, exposing disagreements, debating alternatives and converging on reasoned recommendations.

Standard BoardSIM™ uses your current context and standard specialised perspectives — ideal for first engagements, diagnostics, founder-led companies and organisations without formal boards. Personalised BoardSIM™ goes further: client-specific perspectives built on your history, strategy and decision patterns, supported by a richer, continuously updated Relational Cognitive Model — designed for retainers, annual board cycles and long-term relationships.

BoardSIM™ is not a software platform and not a chatbot. It is a human-led, method-driven deliberation process — AI works inside the method, never as the product. Human accountability for the decision always remains with your organisation.

03 / Continuity Service

RCM Evolution

The first thing we build in any engagement is a Relational Cognitive Model — a living strategic model of your organisation or decision context. RCM Evolution keeps that asset alive: updated with new documents, meetings, decisions and context, so it remains ready to support the next question or the next decision.

This is not “monthly support.” It is continuity of a cognitive asset. With an active RCM, you can ask smaller day-to-day strategic questions, evaluate supplier proposals, check alignment with prior decisions and review progress — and when a formal deliberation is needed, its preparation is materially faster and less expensive, because the context already exists.

Discuss RCM Evolution

A typical month includes

RCM update & new context ingestion
New documents, meeting notes, decisions and market context integrated into your living model.
Strategic questions answered in context
A set of strategic questions each month, answered from your accumulated context — not from zero.
Proposal & deliverable review
Supplier proposals, plans or deliverables evaluated against your prior decisions and criteria.
Implementation pulse
A light review of whether agreed actions are moving — and what is quietly stalling.
Deliberation triggers
Identification of emerging issues that deserve a formal BoardSIM™ or specialised council session.

Formal BoardSIM™ sessions are scoped separately — RCM Evolution keeps the asset alive and reduces the preparation each session requires.

04 / Domain Configurations

Specialised Councils

The same method, configured for specialised decision environments. Expert councils are assembled around your concrete problem — temporary for one engagement, or persistent for recurring work.

Legal & regulatory matters

Sensitive legal issues, formal submissions, regulatory exposure and compliance-heavy decisions — structured with legal, risk and protection perspectives.

Innovation & portfolio

Ideation with discipline: portfolio framing, product concepts, business-case clarity and innovation governance — ideas challenged and converted into decisions.

Risk reviews

Operational, reputational, compliance, financial or supplier-related risks examined through independent perspectives before they become expensive.

M&A evaluation

Acquisition and investment decisions pressure-tested across financial, strategic, legal and integration logic — before commitment.

Family & governance

Family business institutionalisation, succession, board processes, decision rights and accountability — with sensitivity to family dynamics.

Crisis & workplace matters

Crisis evaluation and sensitive workplace issues — labour, ethics, whistleblowing — handled with structure, discretion and protection awareness.

These are not separate methodologies. They are configurations of the same method — the perspectives, context and deliverables change; the discipline does not.

Getting Started

Start with one real decision

You do not need to buy a long-term vision to see the value. Most clients begin with a focused, paid engagement around a real decision or an upcoming meeting — a Proof of Concept of the method applied to something that actually matters.

During that first engagement you experience the preparation, see how the Relational Cognitive Model is built, watch the deliberation work and judge the quality of the recommendations. If you continue, the context already built becomes the foundation of a longer relationship — the RCM is a reusable asset, not a disposable output.

A typical path

1
Confidential diagnostic call
No confidential data required — a conversation about your context and objectives.
2
Proof of Concept engagement
A Decision Sprint or Standard BoardSIM™ around one real decision.
3
Continuity, if it earns it
RCM Evolution and recurring deliberations — at the pace your decisions require.
